WYCC's AGM and Committee Elections

Each year WYCC holds its Annual General Meeting (AGM).

​​

This year the AGM was held on Saturday 21st March 2026, 12 noon, in the hall above the WYCC boat house.

​​

At the AGM the Committee approved the Minutes of the previous AGM, and to reviewed and reapproved the Constitution for WYCC.

​​

However, the main element of the AGM was to elect a new Committee for the next 12 months. 

​

All positions of the committee were elected.

​

The constitution states that the committee must have the following positions:

​​

Chairperson,

Welfare Officer,

Secretary,

Treasurer,

Safety and Equipment Officer,

​

However, these roles are the minimum required, and new committee had the following positions elected:

​

Chairperson/Treasurer,

Secretary,

Welfare Officer,

Membership Secretary,

Safety and Equipment Officer (2x),

Youth Representative,

Committee member,
